Corporate energy strategy development and policy

This project focused on creating a comprehensive corporate energy strategy covering all energy requirements for a multi-national cement group.

The work included developing clear objectives, quantifying current and future fuel and electricity needs by plant to provide a clear group energy, CO2/decarbonization policy and implementation approach.
