Mr. Madeira has an extensive background in strategy, corporate development and M&A. He regularly speaks at industry conferences in the cement sector as well as for other sectors that are looking for insight into the cement sector. He has an MBA from the Harvard Business School in Boston (Massachusetts), USA, and an undergraduate degree from Brown University in Providence (Rhode Island), USA, and is based in New York.

 

Mr. Pavlopoulos has 20+ years of cement and building material industry experience, including as the head of a subsidiary of a major cement producer. He has led numerous transactions in the sector, ranging from acquisitions /disposals to JVs and new investments. He has an MBA from London Business School and an undergraduate in Engineering from University of London
