In case of email losses due to spam filters or any other technical restriction on client IT and email systems, client has no claim against CW Group LLC. However, every subscriber may access the CW Group website and review all current and historical services online.

Promotion Codes
Promotion codes are for client's personal use only. If a client has received a promotion code, either from us or our partners, it is not allowed to share this code with others. Any use of promotion codes is monitored. In the case of misuse, we reserve the right to revoke the benefits obtained through the promotion code and/or cancel subscriptions.

Outages
You may not be able to access website for limited time when any system maintenance or technical breakdown has occurred. Group LLC will try to provide advance notice to users of any such events as it is possible, but may not always do so. Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be subject to auto-renewal, if signed up through PayPal or Google. It is the subscriber's responsibility to verify the auto-renewal settings and while both PayPal and, in some cases, Group LLC will try to reach the subscriber to notify the subscriber that the subscription will be automatically renewed and payment deducted from credit card on file, such a notification should not be relied upon and the subscriber must monitor the payment status and make any eventual changes as needed on their own.
