Deposits of high-quality clay and limestone in this region were found in the late 50s. And in 1961 construction began on the first production line of the plant, and three years later received the first ton of Portland cement.

However, In the crisis the 90s the volume of construction fell to almost zero. Its time today in the village do not like to remember. In 1998, when the country got out of the crisis, it began the reconstruction of the first stage of the plant, and four years later, construction workers started receiving the first in Kazakhstan sulfate Portland cement 500.

After investors started arriving in 2005, it forged a deal with Heidelberg Cement Bukhtarma and improved the quality. This, coupled with modern European standards have made a great tandem, very attractive to the consumer.

It has spent over 100 million tenge to upgrade the plant since then. For example, in the past year it dsigned and constructed storm sewer system, upgraded two cement mills. A lot of money was also invested in improving working conditions and safety./reg}
